- Magnetic Coupling The motor turns the pump shaft by means of a unique magnetic coupling, using the highest quality ceramic magnets and operating through a stainless steel bulkhead, for long life under the toughest conditions.
- Trash Tolerance Centrifugal pump can handle most particulates that pass through its 50 x 50 (12V) or 18 x 18 (24V) monel screens.
- Corrosion Resistance Stainless steel motor housing, glass sealed fitting, zinc pump body and plated hardware resist corrosion.
- Dry Operation Motor bearings inside the hermetically sealed motor housing are permanently lubricated. Stainless steel pump shaft running in carbon bearings can tolerate short periods of dry operation.
- Rapid Priming Unique double inlet permits the vapors to escape from pump cavity and allows for priming in 5 seconds or less.
- Endurance Pumps have an expected continuous duty life of 4,000 hours.
- Vibration Resistance Our pumps are designed and tested to meet vibration and shock requirements for U.S. Military vehicles (MIL-P-62011).
- Installation The electric pump comes fully assembled, ready to install. Cover plate and brackets for the in-tank units have 1/2" ID connections and mount from the top of the tank. A self-contained mini-tank version has 1/2" ID (24V) or 3/8" (12V) fittings and mounts anyplace where it can be filled by gravity.
- Two Models OlympicControls electric fuel pumps are available in 12 volt and 24 volt models.
- Applications OlympicControls electric fuel pumps are installed in more than a half million vehicles, including: battle tanks, tactical vehicles, trucks, farm equipment, off-road machinery, and construction equipment.
- Quality We perform three operational tests on each pump before it leaves our doors. UL listed and manufactured to military standard MIL-P-62011.
